Terroir al Limit Priorat Les Tosses 2021 represents one of Spain's finest red wines from this pioneering biodynamic Priorat estate founded by Eben Sadie and Dominik Huber. This exceptional single-vineyard bottling sources 100% Cariñena (Carignan) from 80-year-old bush vines planted on a two-hectare parcel at 650 meters elevation in Torroja del Priorat, one of the highest ancient vineyards in the region. The vines thrive on deep black slate soils with east-facing exposure, receiving meticulous care from the Terroir al Limit team. Fermented with 100% whole bunches using indigenous yeasts, the wine aged eight months in concrete vessels to preserve purity and terroir expression.
