Product Description
This wine boasts a splendid and sparkling robe with shades of light lychee. It has an intense nose with aromas of passion fruit and red raspberry. On the palate, it is refined, elegant, and refreshing, with a beautiful structure featuring notes of exotic fruits. The wine pairs perfectly with oysters, a salmon/shrimp/avocado/pomelo pokebowl, melon with prosciutto, or a ceviche of sea bream, making it ideal for aperitifs.
The grapes are harvested at night to maintain low temperatures, then destemmed and directly pressed for 2-3 hours. The juice undergoes cold stabilization for one week before being clarified and fermented at low temperatures (13-14°C) to preserve its color and aromas.
