Hand-harvested and 100% destemmed from biodynamically farmed vines, this Gevrey-Chambertin cuvée undergoes spontaneous fermentation and ages 18 months in French oak with minimal new wood.

- Palate: Full-bodied, complex Pinot with raspberry and black cherry, well-coated tannins and balanced structure
