This Spain red wine is made from 100% Tintilla, a rare local grape from Cádiz. Some of the grapes are fermented with their stems, which adds a savoury, peppery edge. It's light on its feet but full of flavour, with plum, dried cherry and herbs, and a fresh, mineral finish.
Pair it with pork tenderloin, tuna or hard cheese. It's a friendly pick for Pinot Noir and Rioja fans who want something different.
