Traditional Methods & Barrel Aging
Direct pressing with gentle pneumatic press at low pressure, followed by cold settling in stainless steel tanks. Traditional vinification and aging in 4-5 year-old oak barrels for 12 months, creating complexity without heavy oak influence.
Elegant Minerality & Floral Richness
Expect elegant white peach, apricot and floral aromatics with subtle mineral undertones. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity, rounded texture and a long, refined finish—"a delight" according to the estate. Perfect with poultry, fish or creamy dishes. Drink 2024-2031.
