An elegant wine with a subtle yet crunchy, fruity profile showing fresh red and black fruits on the nose, complemented by delicate hints of aniseed and classic Corsican garrigue spices. The palate is equally fine and refined, with a lovely persistence though lacking some length at this youthful stage. Flavors of spiced redcurrant jelly currently predominate, but the wine promises to gain more complexity with time in bottle. Despite its youth, it already delights at the table with its fresh fruit and Corsican personality.
