Domaine Jean Fournier Marsannay Cuvée Saint-Urbain 2022 is an organic Burgundy Pinot Noir from stony parcels including Clos du Roy and Longeroies. Hand-picked fruit undergoes native-yeast fermentation, with 33% whole bunches, then 12 months in large oak barrels for fragrant lift and supple structure.
Burlat cherry, wild raspberry, violet and discreet spice lead into a fresh, savoury palate. Laurent Fournier’s signature is finesse over weight: energetic red fruit, stony grip and elegant length.
