Domaine Jean Fournier’s 2022 Les Longeroies comes from organically farmed old vines in Marsannay, Burgundy. Hand-harvested Pinot Noir ferments with indigenous yeasts and gentle extraction, then matures in large oak barrels to retain freshness, perfume and site expression.
Neal Martin calls it “surfeit with freshness and tension.” Blackberry, hedgerow, forest floor and black olive frame a medium-bodied palate of crunchy dark fruit, fine tannins and white-pepper lift. Focused, stony and built to develop.
