Product Description
In recent years, there has been a subtle yet noticeable increase in the seriousness of the tannin structure of this wine, while it remains a classic Yarra blend of Bordeaux varieties. It exhibits restraint and elegance, highlighted by bursts of ripe dark berry fruit and spice. Gossamer tannins support the wine's fullness and the supreme integration of fruit, structure, and perfume. As a field blend, each variety is picked at its optimum ripeness and fermented. Once all lots are finished, they are blended together to age as a true representation of vintage and place.
