Product Description
Casa Rojo 'Alexander VS The Ham Factory' 2015 is crafted from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) sourced from 60+ year-old vines at 850-900 meters altitude in La Horra and Hontoria de Valdearados, Burgos.
Extended Oak Aging & Bottle Refinement
The 2015 vintage—classified as "Very Excellent"—aged 20 months in French oak barrels with 10% undergoing malolactic fermentation in barrel, then rested two additional years in bottle before release in September 2017.
Rich Black Fruit & Velvety Texture
Expect deep cherry-red color with garnet hues and an intense, complex nose revealing black cherries, blackberries, mineral sensations, fine leather, and soft roasted notes. The palate delivers a dense, velvety experience with unctuous mouthfeel, polished tannins, and a spicy, persistent finish combining ripe Tempranillo essence with elegant French oak complexity.
