Fresh citrus, smoke and a lingering liquorice note define Domaine Dirler-Cadé Élément Terre Grand Cru Riesling Kitterlé 2022. This dry Alsace Riesling starts with a rounded feel before firm acidity takes over, bringing a concentrated palate and a distinctly salty finish.
The 2022 spends eleven months on fine lees—the yeast sediment remaining after fermentation—which adds texture without introducing oak flavour. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, keeping the emphasis on Riesling’s fruit and Kitterlé’s mineral character.
