The 2009 Dizy-Terres Rouges Rosé is an unusual Champagne for Jacquesson in that is the first time this wine was bottled with no dosage. Crushed rose petal, tobacco, anise and star anise are all super-expressive, but the non-dosage style results in a powerful, almost tannic.
