Tasting Profile
A translucent ruby hue introduces complex aromas of wild strawberry, venison, and clove, evolving into flavors of black cherry, juniper, and citrus zest. Aged 18 months in Austrian oak (600L casks), it delivers silky tannins, vibrant acidity (pH 3.5), and a mineral-driven finish reminiscent of great village-level Burgundy.
