These fresh aromatics carry through to a palate framed by soft, supple tannins, delivering a beautifully balanced, seductive wine with remarkable elegance and length. Sourced from vines planted in 1997 and 2013, this Shiraz was handpicked on an early April morning and carefully crafted in a small, 4-ton fermenter, with a 20-day skin contact for enhanced depth. Matured in seasoned French oak, it’s a seamless blend of free-run juice and pressings, adding richness and complexity to each bottle.
