This single-vineyard wine from the Valdelobas parcel—the most limestone area of the La Revilla estate at over 900 meters altitude—reveals intense aromas of dark cherry, ripe plum, coffee, black pepper, and vanilla. Notes of cocoa, dark fruit, and roasted meats add further complexity to this expressive profile.

Power Meets Elegance

Full-bodied with fine-grained tannins and balanced medium-plus acidity, the palate delivers concentrated dark fruit supported by well-integrated oak and a medium-plus finish. From 20-year-old vines with low yields on poor limestone soils, this wine spent time in French oak barrels, resulting in a powerful yet elegant structure. These Valtravieso wines from Spain embody character, minerality, and exceptional aging potential—cellar up to 10 years. A limited production treasure.
