Traditional Vinification & Tank Aging
After destemming and pressing, fermentation occurs in roto-fermenter with 8-10 days skin contact. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak vats at 20°C, followed by 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit character.
Floral Elegance Meets Juicy Power
Ruby-red with violet hues reveals expressive wild rose, fresh berries and crushed mineral aromatics. Full-bodied with layers of blueberry, blackberry, licorice and earth, balanced by vibrant acidity, silky tannins and a lengthy, super-juicy finish. Drink 2024-2028.
