The Yamazaki 12 Year Old combines malt whiskies matured in American, Spanish and Japanese Mizunara oak. From Japan’s first malt whisky distillery, this twelve-year-old single malt brings different cask influences together rather than relying on one type of oak, building a layered profile of fruit and spice.

Peach, pineapple and grapefruit lead the nose, with vanilla and candied orange alongside them. Coconut, cranberry and a buttery note follow on the palate, before a long finish marked by sweet ginger and cinnamon.
