Bodega Cerrón's fourth-generation winemakers farm Demeter-certified biodynamic Airén and Macabeo vines on high-altitude limestone soils in Jumilla, vinified with minimal intervention to preserve pure varietal character. Scoring 94 points from Wine Anorak as "lively and mineral with great precision and nice tension," this white wine opens with lime peel, apricot, and chamomile.
The palate is zingy and refreshing — layered citrus, stone fruit, and a long, stony, mineral finish. Distinctive and cellar-worthy.
