Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, chalk and fresh almond lead to a full, persistent palate with buttered nuances and a taut, mineral finish.
Tasting notes
Citrus, chalk, and acacia open to white peach and toasted almond; the palate is taut, fresh, and saline with remarkable persistence and fine balance.
Vinification
Chardonnay fermented in 228L and 600L barrels with 5–20% new oak (light toast), then 4–6 months in stainless steel to preserve freshness and minerality.
