Vinified with 30% of the blend raised in concrete egg — contributing its signature silky texture and crystalline purity — and fermented with indigenous yeasts.
Citrus Blossom, Orchard Fruit & Refined Mineral Tension
Golden in colour, the nose opens with blood orange, citrus zest, florals, and hazelnut.
