Customers can enjoy a convenient way to receive their favourite wines directly at their doorstep, with simple delivery terms and reliable courier support.

1. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: Purchase of HK$3,000 or above (single delivery location)
• Flat Rate: HK$200 per order below HK$3,000
• Courier: Local third-party logistics provider
• Cold-chain delivery is not available for Macau.
• Exclusions: Delivery service does not cover spirits or any products with an alcohol content higher than 30%.

Lyndhurst Wine will not be responsible for any taxes, import duties, or charges that may apply.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, Lyndhurst Wine reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees or cancel the order.

2. Delivery Time & Conditions

• Delivery to Macau typically takes 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Tracking: We will make every effort to provide a tracking code once your order has been dispatched so that you may monitor its delivery status but not guarenteed.
• Delivery schedules may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or logistical factors.
• All stated delivery times are estimates only; Lyndhurst Wine is not liable for any loss or delay in transit.
• Urgent delivery requests are not available for Macau orders.
