Organically farmed, fermented and aged in premium French oak barrels — creamy texture, mineral precision and impeccable balance.
Judges describe it as "elegant, minerally and rich — crisp and long with a very classy mineral finish" alongside "gorgeous sunny fruits, ripe citrus and toasted melon seeds with a round, mouth-watering body". The palate delivers white peach, nectarine, hazelnut cream and toasted brioche.
