Tasting Notes: The nose is highly complex, marked by a deeply reductive character with flint and subtle black sesame notes alongside abundant floral tones . While the palate exhibits excellent fruit quality and high acidity, the finish shows apple and tropical fruit notes that develop with aeration.
Aging & Structure: This wine requires decanting to fully express itself. With 2 hours of air, distinctive fruitiness emerges . Built with ambitious structure and high acidity, this Chardonnay is designed for the cellar, with a drinking window of 2028–2036.
