100% Chardonnay from clay-limestone soils in Montagny, hand-harvested and fermented in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts before full malolactic and extended lees aging. The result is a dense, complex expression that outperforms typical Montagny length.
Ripe apple, floral and toasted walnut notes unfold on the nose, layered with baking spice from oak. The palate is creamy and powerful, built for both immediate enjoyment and mid-term cellaring.
