Product Description
Grape Variety: Made from Corvina, a thick-skinned red grape native to Veneto and a key component of Amarone.
Terroir: Grapes are grown in Valpolicella, a region stretching from the Veronese Pre-Alps to Lake Garda, known for its unique climate and soil.
Harvest & Winemaking:
Hand-harvested from late September to October, selecting only high-sugar grapes.
Fermented using the Ganimede method for optimal color and tannin extraction.
Aged for 12 months in a combination of steel and wood.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Intense ruby red.
Aroma: Elegant notes of black cherries, ripe blackberries, vanilla, and sweet spices.
Palate: Pronounced dark fruit flavors with a complex, balanced profile and a lingering finish.
