Hand-harvested and sorted, the wines ferment with natural yeasts—60% in stainless steel tanks, 40% in 2-4 year-old barrels (less than 5% new oak)—then age 9 months before 6-month blending and bottling. This prestigious cuvée reveals ripe white-fleshed fruit, lemon-lime, mineral reduction and quinine notes, delivering exceptional richness, taut muscularity and impeccable balance.
