Product Description
Domaine A is a boutique Tasmanian estate producing cool-climate pinot noir from the Coal River Valley, one of Australia's most distinctive wine regions. Grapes are hand-picked, bunch-sorted and open-fermented before 11 days on skins, then matured in used French oak for eight months—a technique that favours purity over oak-driven weight.
James Halliday found "an unexpectedly expressive bouquet of red flowers and warm baker's spices," with "a long, juicy palate" layered from pomegranate to plum. Huon Hooke noted a "sweetly rich, ripe bouquet" with a "soft, fleshy full palate."
