100% Chardonnay sourced from Champs de Marjot and Le Concis des Champs, this Chassagne-Montrachet from Benoit Girardin ferments with indigenous yeasts in French oak, then matures on fine lees for around 18 months — a patient élevage that builds real depth without heaviness.
The nose reveals ripe apple, toasty oak and subtle honey and vanilla, while freshness and minerality balance the wine's succulent fruit through to a long, gourmand finish, already showing remarkable integration for its age.
