This wine exhibited more tertiary characteristics, with the red fruit having faded slightly to reveal an earthy bouquet of dried cranberry and menthol. Notes of leather, a hint of pepper, and lingering raspberry fruit remained present. While still fragrant and delicate, it is notably more nuanced than its younger counterpart.
The nose offers a pleasant aroma of strawberry red fruit, while the palate is expressive with fruit flavors, prominently featuring raspberry on the tongue.
