Sourced from tuffeau-rich soils along the Loire, it delivers a golden-hued pour brimming with lemon rind, quince, white peach and yellow plum, underpinned by the grape's signature chalky minerality and bright, mouthwatering acidity.
Hints of beeswax and sweet spice add welcome complexity, while the finish is clean, focused and refreshingly long. Pair with oysters, goat's cheese, or grilled river fish. A textbook expression of dry Vouvray.
