This artisanal cuvée is vinified using traditional methods and aged on fine lees to enhance its stony complexity. The winemaking preserves the vibrant acidity of the Chenin Blanc grape, resulting in a Vouvray of great purity. Praised for it's crystalline structure and age-worthy tension.
The palate reveals green apple, quince, and honeyed minerals. Finishing with a crisp, flinty persistence, this Vouvray is exceptionally focused.
