An 8-generation organic Denizot estate, the Pouilly-Fumé 2022 blends old-vine Sauvignon Blanc from dense limestone in Boisfleury and Silex soils in Saint-Andelain. Fermented in concrete and stainless steel, aged one year on lees — fined, unfiltered.
- Nose: Apple, pear, kiwi, grapefruit, flint, and melon — fresh, lifted, and classically smoky Pouilly-Fumé
- Palate: Tart and mineral — citrus, passionfruit, chalky tension, and vibrant acidity from Silex-driven terroir
- Finish: Long and saline — classic flinty
