100% Sauvignon Blanc from Chavignol's south-facing Caillottes and Griotte limestone hillside. Hand harvested, fermented and aged over 12 months on fine lees in 350L cigare and 600L demi-muid barrels.

- Palate: Sapid and full-bodied — citrus, white peach, chalky calcium backbone, and seamlessly integrated flinty minerality
