Crafted from 30+ year-old vines across 27 hectares of clay-limestone soils — organically farmed and hand-harvested — this 100% Pinot Noir is aged 12 months in French oak (10% new). Vibrant aromas of fresh cherry, raspberry, and strawberry give way to hints of vanilla and sweet spice, while the palate delivers silky texture, fine structure, and a long mineral finish.
