This red Burgundy hails from a singular plot nestled in the picturesque plain of Pommard, specifically from the esteemed lieu-dit known as Les Noeuds. The vines, which boast a remarkable 60 years of age, yield sparingly and thrive in a harmonious blend of clay and limestone soils. Guiding the winemaking legacy at Génot-Boulanger, Guillaume and Aude Lavollée proudly represent the fourth generation of vignerons. Committed to crafting exceptional wines, their vineyards span across the entirety of the Burgundy region, gracing the iconic côtes from Chambolle Musigny, meandering down to the domaine in Meursault, and extending to Mercurey.
