Respecting the tradition of great family Domaines of Bourgogne, Genot-Boulanger is run by Guillaume and Aude Lavollee, the fourth generation winegrowers, and is undoubtedly one of the rising stars in Bourgogne. They focus their effort on vineyard practices, particularly on the life of soils, and decided to orient the domaine towards a viticultural method truly respectful of the nature and the soil.
