A certified biodynamic Jura red wine from 1977-planted massal-selection Pinot Noir on Triassic red marl and dolomite in Grozon. Hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented 5 weeks in wooden tronconical vats — aged 8 months in stainless steel, unfiltered.
- Nose: Redcurrant, sour cherry, rose petals, forest floor, and subtle spice — lifted, pure, and racé
- Palate: Light and precise — strawberry, raspberry, bright acidity, silky tannins, and earthy mineral tension
- Finish: Long, energetic, and saline — black pepper, clove, and persistent bitters
