Domaine Michel Bouzereau et Fils Bourgogne Cote d'Or Chardonnay 2019

The 2019 Bourgogne Blanc is composed of 60% Meursault and 40% Puligny fruit. It has been matured for 12 months in barrel, with 60% aged in demi-muids and the remainder in pièces, and was racked at the end of July. The nose features inviting aromas of grass clippings and apricot. On the palate, it opens fresh with a hint of bitter lemon, leading to a bright, albeit short, finish.
