A family estate in Vosne-Romanée farming Pinot Noir since three generations, Michel Noëllat's Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru Les Chatelots is aged 12 months in oak barrels, roughly 30% new, on clay-limestone soils that give the wine real structural backbone.
The nose shows floral lily notes intertwined with white pepper spice, while the palate is round, generous and beautifully balanced — a Chambolle built on genuine tension between concentration and finesse.
