This wine is incredible and pairs beautifully with cheese. It has a Solera-like aroma, yet surprisingly, its flavor profile is quite different. It presents vibrant tart fruits, reminiscent of under-ripe pears and apples, along with a subtle finish of caramel and vanilla, almost like caramelized sugar. Truly remarkable!
