From the iconic Les Folatières - the largest and most storied Premier Cru in Puligny-Montrachet, Vincent Bouzereau sources old-vine Chardonnay from chalky, stony limestone soils at mid-slope, directly adjacent to the Grand Cru belt. Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged 15–18 months in French oak with 25–30% new barrels, building extraordinary complexity and depth.
