Product Description
Vincent Bouzereau tends 70-year-old vines in Les Poruzots - a south-southeast facing Premier Cru slope of limestone and clay delivering exceptional concentration and finesse. Grapes are hand-harvested, pressed, cold-settled for 24 hours, then fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak before 15-18 months of lees ageing with 30% new oak, a process that builds remarkable depth without compromising freshness.
Hazelnut, Stone Fruit & Silky Mineral Precision
This wine opens with a captivating nose of toasted hazelnuts, white peach, citrus blossom, and fresh butter, while the palate is taut, focused, and beautifully layered, fine acidity driving a long, mineral-laced finish.
