Noir d'Eulalie is a blanc de noirs made exclusively from Pinot Noir from 3 parcels located on the top of the hill. Approximately 40% of the wines are aged in Demi-Muids Bourguignons. It is a rare and special Champagne, the fruit of a plot-based and secular work where the singular expression of pinot noir in massal selection shines on our terroir of oyster marls.
