Hand-harvested, sorted, and pressed before being returned to Puligny for both fermentation and ageing at the Domaine itself, this is a wine shaped by one of Burgundy's greatest houses from start to finish.
The 2023 vintage delivers a generous, sun-kissed expression — lemon zest, fresh almond, white peach, and hazelnut on the nose, with a palate that is medium-bodied, lightly rich, and beautifully balanced by vibrant acidity and a clean saline finish. Ideal with roast chicken, grilled fish, or soft sheep's cheese. Drink 2025–2031.
