Sichuan peppercorns and macadamia nuts give Four Pillars Modern Australian Gin its distinctive balance of warmth and softness. Originally developed with Qantas and the Rockpool Group, it combines native botanicals with Asian spices, while keeping juniper at the centre of the recipe.

Difford’s Guide describes: “Red and green Sichuan peppercorns add flavour and spice but do not overpower this juniper-forward gin with subtle citrus and apple fruit.” The review also highlights a soft mouthfeel and lingering peppery finish.
