The bouquet unfolds with enticing aromas of dried cherries, blue flowers, campfire ashes, and grilled rosemary, complemented by vegetal and floral notes, along with the distinctive volcanic flavors typical of Etna’s red wines. On the palate, the wine is slender and elegant, featuring nice tannic tension. It is firm yet avoids any bitterness or powderiness, creating a refined drinking experience.
