The wine boasts a medium-plus intensity on the nose, with an explosion of fruits including lemon, grapefruit, apple, papaya, pear sorbet, melon, and mango. These fruit aromas are complemented by notes of herbs, almonds, and a touch of honey. On the palate, the matching intensity balances beautifully against the medium-plus acidity and high alcohol. It has a medium-plus finish, a dry medium-plus body, and an alcohol content of 14%. This wine pairs wonderfully with chicken pesto dishes or creamy seafood pasta and risotto.
