Howard's Folly Alvarinho 2025 is 100% Alvarinho from granite soils in Monção and Melgaço, the sub-region where the grape reaches its finest expression. Hand-harvested and cold-settled, this white wine ferments mostly in stainless steel with extended lees contact for real depth.
Lime zest, acacia honey, lychee and apricot open the nose, leading to a taut palate of peach, pear and melon. Firm granite minerality drives crisp acidity and length, well beyond typical everyday Vinho Verde.
