Product Description
95-98 pts (Jasper Morris MW, 5 Stars) - Guyon's Échezeaux Grand Cru is consistently hailed as his finest wine, surpassing even his Clos Vougeot in sheer brilliance. Organically farmed since 2006, whole-cluster Pinot Noir aged in French oak for 18 months, the 2023 carries extraordinary definition and noble depth.
The nose is astonishing — a rich dark purple, exuding vanilla, peony, cinnamon, wild brambles and subtle spice with breathtaking precision. Round, generous and subtly roasted on the palate — charm and finesse in equal measure, layers of red and black fruit converging on a very long, magnificent finish. Cellar 2030–2040.
