Johannes Zillinger's Velue Riesling 2022 is 100% Riesling from biodynamic vineyards in the Weinviertel, spontaneously fermented with minimal sulphur and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aged in steel tanks and neutral oak, this niche wines example balances purity of fruit with textural depth.
Green apple, lime and wet stone lead the nose, with hints of white pepper and herbs. The palate stays light and juicy, driven by crisp acidity and a flinty, saline finish.
